French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e-commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish-speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support through voice calls and live chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide them step-by-step to resolution, and log all interactions.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on product priorities and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
