French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, chat, and email. You will help solve problems quickly while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide feedback on tools and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
