French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, handling inbound calls, live chat and email while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide voice and chat support in French and English, answering customer inquiries promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar support platforms).
