French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while upholding our high standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and chat sessions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
