About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions via phone and live chat. Your role is essential to building trust and ensuring every customer feels heard.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across voice calls and live‑chat channels.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills
