French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will act as a trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering solutions and clear information through voice calls and live chat while building trust and ensuring every interaction feels valued.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately to maintain seamless service continuity.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify (a plus).
• Access to a personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps upload and download.
• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for calls.
