French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our fully remote customer service team. As the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will deliver friendly, solution‑focused support through phone calls and live chat, helping to build trust and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance in both French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates across time zones to meet shared goals.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
