French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while helping to build lasting trust.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Accurately document all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Full fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
• Personal computer with an i5 processor or higher.
