Product Manager Internship

About the role

The Product Manager internship at KARABA is based on‑site in the Maritime Region of Togo. You will work closely with the product team to help shape product requirements, translate user needs into clear user stories, and support the prioritisation of the product backlog.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in drafting product roadmaps and release plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and operations to communicate product needs and track progress against milestones.
• Prepare reports, presentations and basic performance dashboards for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in business, engineering, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication skills in French; English is a plus.
• Interest in product management, technology or business innovation and a proactive learning attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software and project‑management applications.
