Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone and live chat while representing our brand with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a strong focus on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
