Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to turn customer inquiries into positive experiences while working from a home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a strong focus on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
