Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will assist customers in French-speaking regions, delivering friendly, solution-focused service through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support platform.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems.
