Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, bilingual professional to join our global customer support team. In this fully remote position you will assist French‑speaking customers (and English‑speaking customers) through chat, email and phone, turning inquiries into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products, processes and the overall customer journey.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
