Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will assist customers in French and English, turning inquiries into positive experiences while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone in both French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
