Trust and Safety Analyst (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a Trust and Safety Analyst to join our remote team and help protect the integrity of our platform. The role involves investigating policy violations, mitigating emerging threats, and supporting users who encounter harmful content.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth investigations of harassment, hate speech, misinformation, illegal and other harmful content.
- Apply and interpret internal policies with high accuracy and propose updates for emerging threats.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve detection tools and reduce harmful content at scale.
- Analyze data to spot new abuse vectors such as spam, scams, and coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Handle sensitive user escalations in a trauma‑informed manner and act as primary contact for high‑priority cases, including law‑enforcement requests.
- Provide regular insights to Policy, Product, and Legal teams to inform policy updates and product features.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Intelligence Analysis within tech or social media.
- Proven ability to make high‑stakes decisions quickly with incomplete information.
- Strong emotional intelligence and established self‑care strategies for exposure to disturbing content.
- Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
- Experience handling high‑pressure situations such as abuse spikes or live‑stream incidents.
