• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable, organized content.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend native Webflow features.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software) for enhanced functionality and tracking.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain website security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs proactively.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Webflow design and development, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Robust portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects, custom interactions, and before/after designs.

Required skills

• Webflow CMS and advanced interactions/animations.
• Figma (and Adobe XD) for design hand‑off.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Zapier, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
• Client‑First or Relume Webflow frameworks.
• SEO optimisation and accessibility compliance.
• Cross‑browser and cross‑device testing.
• Website security maintenance.
