About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling inbound and outbound interactions and providing first‑level assistance to users of a booking platform.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
- Manage cases simultaneously, handling modifications, cancellations, deposit claims and escalations.
- Log, classify and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call histories.
- Analyze call data and share feedback to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on platform and process changes and collaborate with internal and external teams.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in online travel.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
- Clear, empathetic communication under pressure.
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
- Salesforce proficiency.
- Strong computer literacy with Windows 11 or macOS 14.
- Standard office software proficiency.
