Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with empathy and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
