Innovation Pod Manager – National Innovation Agency

About the role

The Innovation Pod Manager will lead a decentralised innovation pod within Togo’s National Innovation Agency. Reporting to the Agency’s leadership, you will help turn bold digital ideas into concrete services that support startups, SMEs and public sector transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the pod’s business advisory services, training programmes and market‑intelligence activities across one or more municipalities.
• Collaborate with the Ministry of Public Service Efficiency and Digital Transformation to align pod initiatives with the national digital transformation agenda.
• Facilitate connections between local entrepreneurs, investors and technology partners to foster market‑relevant innovations.
• Monitor and report on pod performance, impact metrics and progress toward the Agency’s strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the national innovation strategy and ecosystem coordination.

Required profile

• Submit an English‑language CV.
• Demonstrated passion for progressive politics and the transformative power of technology.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
