About the role
EmpowerNet Solutions is seeking a part‑time Director of Business Development to drive new revenue streams and expand market presence. This remote position will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, while shaping strategic growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Lead lead‑generation initiatives, including outreach campaigns, partnership development, and virtual industry events.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, prepare presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.
- Monitor market trends, refine strategies, and report performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities to leadership.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in new business development and lead generation.
- Strong business planning experience, including revenue forecasting and growth planning.
- Demonstrated contract negotiation skills with ability to manage complex stakeholder requirements.
- Effective account management experience, from onboarding to expanding existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience thriving in a remote, results‑driven environment with strong self‑management.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
