French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e-commerce team. In this fully remote position you will interact with customers from French- and English-speaking markets, delivering friendly and professional assistance through phone and live-chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English via voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them step-by-step to resolution.
• Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear notes.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
