French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. Working fully remotely, you will assist customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Reliable laptop (i5 or higher), stable internet (≥25 Mbps), and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar e‑commerce/CRM tools.
