French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote team members, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a remote team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
