Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, empathetic solutions in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries from French‑speaking regions, addressing order tracking, product questions and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
