Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and answer product questions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely assistance in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.
• Strong empathy and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Shopify.
• General CRM system knowledge.
