Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French-English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French-speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live-chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions-first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
