Survey Enumerator (Phone Interviewer)

About the role

As a Survey Enumerator (also called Research Assistant) for 60 Decibels, you will conduct phone surveys with customers and beneficiaries of our clients' products and services. This fully remote position focuses on delivering high‑quality insights while adhering to strict data integrity and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding calls to understand project context.
• Conduct phone surveys, ensuring you interview the correct respondents listed on contact sheets.
• Explain survey objectives clearly and address any respondent questions.
• Achieve daily survey targets and report obstacles promptly.
• Enter survey responses into the 60dB platform accurately, preserving exact wording.
• Provide regular progress updates and raise queries with the project team.
• Review and act on quality‑check feedback within agreed timelines.
• Uphold data privacy and integrity by following 60dB procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data collection, market‑research enumeration, or call‑center/customer‑service roles.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, able to work independently and collaborate via email and Slack.
• Ability to build rapport with respondents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data recording.
• Proficient English language skills for clear communication and data entry.
