Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers in French and English, turning their questions into positive experiences while supporting our e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone in French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products, processes and the overall customer journey.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar customer‑support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
