OR Nurse – Part Time

About the role

In partnership with Intermountain Health, Surgery Partners is seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) Nurse to join its ambulatory surgical center team on a part‑time basis. The role involves circulating duties, patient care before, during and after procedures, and ensuring a safe surgical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform circulating functions, monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition throughout the procedure.
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment and supplies for use.
• Position patients and ensure their safety during surgeries.
• Manage overall nursing care of patients before, during and after the procedure.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an OR setting; ability to scrub as well as circulate preferred.

Required skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
