Part‑Time OR Nurse – Ambulatory Surgical Center

About the role

Surgery Partners, in partnership with Intermountain Health, is looking for an experienced OR Nurse to work part‑time in an Ambulatory Surgical Center. The position covers Tuesday‑Friday with no holidays or weekends and supports specialties such as cataracts, ENT, podiatry, orthopedics, plastics, oculoplastics and general surgery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform circulating functions: monitor, record and communicate patient condition before, during and after procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment and supplies for each case.
• Position patients safely and ensure their safety throughout the surgery.
• Act as the liaison between the operating room staff and the rest of the surgical center.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in an operating room; ability to scrub as well as circulate is preferred.
