About the role
The Recruiting and Onboarding Assistant supports the recruiter and HR team in all phases of the hiring process. Working Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, you will ensure smooth candidate flow, accurate documentation, and a positive experience for new hires.
Key responsibilities
- Screen applications, schedule interviews and prepare interview materials.
- Track I‑9 documentation, manage employee ID cards and uniform issuance.
- Process new‑hire paperwork and maintain accurate data in Sage HRMS.
- Generate employee status reports, handle exit interviews and maintain confidential HR files.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to managers and the recruiting team, including covering the Recruiting Lead when absent.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in recruiting, HR systems or customer service.
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

- Sage HRMS
