Product Management Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

Beacon Power Services is seeking a strategic, outcome‑driven Product Management Manager/Senior Manager to own and scale the product strategy for its electrical grid management software portfolio. Based in Lomé with a remote work arrangement and frequent travel across Africa, you will define the long‑term vision, drive product‑market fit, and ensure measurable commercial and operational impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategic direction, and multi‑year portfolio roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Conduct deep market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis to achieve product‑market fit.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Commercial, Strategy, and Operations to deliver scalable releases.
• Oversee backlog governance, release planning, and execution discipline while maintaining enterprise‑grade documentation.
• Partner with Commercial teams to strengthen product positioning, value propositions, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Define product KPIs, OKRs, and value‑realization metrics; use usage data and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within technology or energy‑focused companies.
• Strong ability to translate market intelligence and customer insights into coherent product strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring product impact and optimizing performance.
