About the role

TalentPop is looking for a French‑English Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries through chat and email, providing clear and helpful responses that enhance the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with order questions, general concerns, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, step‑by‑step solutions.
• Document all interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
