French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
