Coordinator Customer Service

About the role

The Coordinator Customer Service ensures KPI and quality targets are met, focusing on HL Strategy 2030. The role involves coordinating, analyzing, and implementing customer service processes to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MTD printing, payment collection, and release processes.
• Assist with debtor recoveries and handle customs documentation.
• Print, check, and release Bills of Lading, updating FIS with released OBL and telex instructions.
• Clarify customer queries and liaise with finance for cheque banking and outstanding invoices.
• Monitor uncleared containers, transmit manifests, and process customs amendments.
• Provide shipping details, handle export issues with state authorities, and support QSC functions as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in International Commerce or related field.
• Understanding of customer service processes and practical knowledge of HL e‑biz.
• Structured, efficient work approach with good communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Team player with strong English proficiency.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HL systems (FIS, Compass, QV) or ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
